By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
LYX takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.
Minor differences may occur because of photography, lighting, screen/device settings or manufacturing variations.
Such minor variations do not automatically constitute a product defect.
4. ORDERS
An order is subject to successful confirmation and product availability.
LYX may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including:
• product unavailability;
• genuine pricing or technical errors;
• payment failure;
• suspected fraudulent activity;
• inability to deliver; or
• circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where LYX cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded as required.
5. ₹200 ORDER CONFIRMATION AMOUNT
A ₹200 order-confirmation amount may be required to confirm an order.
The amount is adjusted against the total order value.
The amount is intended to reduce fraudulent, prank and non-genuine orders.
For customer-initiated change-of-mind cancellation or refusal of a confirmed COD shipment, the ₹200 amount is ordinarily non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
6. CANCELLATION
Customers should request cancellation before dispatch.
After dispatch, customer-initiated change-of-mind cancellation is generally not available.
This does not remove remedies required under applicable consumer law.
7. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
8. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
LYX does not generally offer change-of-mind returns.
Eligible product issues are handled according to the Returns & Replacement Policy and applicable law.
9. WARRANTY
The LYX 6-month limited warranty applies subject to the Warranty Policy.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LYX trademarks, logos, product images, graphics, text, videos, website design and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
11. WEBSITE SECURITY
Users must not:
• attempt unauthorised access;
• introduce malware;
• interfere with website operation; or
• conduct fraudulent transactions.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use third-party providers including Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers, analytics providers and technology services.
Their own terms may apply to their services.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LYX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes may be brought before competent courts or consumer forums having jurisdiction.
16. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable Indian law.
